Our fulfillment estimate is the time it takes to make your order. It is calculated in business days, based on orders of 1 to 5 items.
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–7 business days for all production techniques.

Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

Some of our products like our art prints are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability.
We may also fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
If that is the case, you will get different tracking numbers associated to each parcel.
Tracking is available on all U.S. and Canadian orders except Canadian shipments shipped with Canada Post Mail (Canada Post Xpresspost & Expedited Parcel both come with tracking).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

International orders shipped with untracked regular service are not trackable once they leave the USA.
Our head office is located in Canada, but your order ships from our fulfillment center in order to facilitate delivery time (Ex: Champlain, NY and Charlotte, North Carolina for U.S. orders).
Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import duties depending on the destination country.
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. It is not paid by Not Your Sub™. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to show up in the carrier’s system.
Note that for tracked international shipments, tracking info might appear even later.

The flat shipping rate is location-based and will stay the same regardless of which facility fulfills the order.
If you choose to use flat rates for your order, we will ship your order out with the available carrier that offers the best service that’s affordable within that flat rate, taking into consideration the carrier’s quality, shipping speed, and price at the time of the order.
We are shipping worldwide, but there are countries we cannot deliver to due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events and shipping carriers service disruptions, but we currently do not ship to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Ecuador, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@notyoursub.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address on your packing slip, according to the right fulfillment center. Your order ships from our fulfillment center in order to facilitate delivery time (Ex: Champlain, NY and Charlotte, North Carolina for U.S. orders).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
